As authorized by law, I hereby waive my appearance in court, waive jurisdiction, and enter a plea of guilty to the charges. I am depositing these funds in escrow, and authorize the Sheriff or any of his deputies to pay the fine and court costs which may be imposed by the court, from my deposit. I acknowledge that either the District Attorney or the Judge may refuse to accept this tendered guilty plea and require my attendance in court. I understand that if my tendered plea is not accepted that the sum on deposit will serve as bail pending a final disposition of this matter.
