Payment Type: Delinquent Tax Payments
This service allows you to pay your Lackawanna County tax lien payment and is a service of Value Payment Systems. All payments are processed immediately and the payment date is equal to the time you complete your transaction. A convenience fee of 2.75% for credit cards and 1.50% for debit cards (minimum of $ 3.95) of the payment amount is charged by Value Payment Systems for using this service. A software fee of $1.00 is charged for using this service.
