The City of Beresford has partnered with Value Payment Systems to offer payment of account charges and fees online. A convenience fee is charged by Value Payment Systems for using this online service. All payments are processed immediately, and the payment date is equal to the time you complete your transaction. The fee amount varies by payment method: Credit 2.5%, Debit 1.75%. Any Utility Bill and/or BMTC Bill (Telephone, Internet, & Cable) will accrue a 5% penalty fee if not paid by the 15th of each month.
