This service allows you to pay your Northeast Indiana Community Corrections (NICC) payments electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems. All payments are processed immediately, and the payment date will be equal to the business day following the date you complete your transaction. Please contact NICC Office prior to making a payment to receive the correct case number and amount due. Any overpayment will go to outstanding court cost fees or probation fees. Thank you.
